- Meet with clients and ensure they're eligible for VA loans before proceeding- Educate clients on the VA loan process and ensure clients understand each step of the process
- Ensure clients understand the importance of the certificate of eligibility, DD-214, and statements of service for VA loans
- Provide certificate of eligibility and assist clients in getting all required military documentation as needed
- Ensure clients provide all required employment and financial documentation to complete loan application
- Be responsive and provide consistent communication with clients throughout the loan process
- Assist clients throughout the loan process from preapproval to closing ensuring an accurate, smooth and timely closing
- Provide gameplan to eligible VA loan applicants that are not currently financially qualified
- Stay connected with clients providing assistance after loan closing and updates specific to their specific VA loan needs
- 2% of each closed loan goes to the Disabled American Veterans
